GAS CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM GRANTS

Grant for First Time Installations

HEAT the HOME COUNTIES are able to offer residents of our local council partners a grant towards the cost of a first time, mains gas or LPG central heating system.  In most instances, the grant will cover the total cost of the complete works including the mains gas connection. APPLY NOW to find out if you are eligible.  Open to Owners, Landlords (EPC dependent) and Tenants.

LOFT / UNDERFLOOR / CAVITY WALL INSULATION GRANTS

First Time Installation and Top Ups

HEAT the HOME COUNTIES are happy to offer residents of local council partners grants towards the cost of Loft, Underfloor and Cavity Wall Insulation.

Did you know that the recommended depth of Loft Insulation is now 300mm / 12 inches - so it is well worth checking your insulation even if you think that you have sufficient. 

​

Loft Insulation really does reduce your heating bills and make your home warmer and cosier.

BOILER UPGRADE GRANTS

Boiler Broken?

If you already have an OIL, LPG or Gas Boiler that is broken we may be able to offer you a grant towards the cost of replacement.

Only available for owner occupied properties - not rented.

HEAT the HOME COUNTIES are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of grants towards Air and Ground Source Heat Pumps - for specific property types.

SOLAR PV

Renewable Energy

Solar PV (photovoltaic) refers to solar photovoltaic material that converts solar radiation into direct current electricity that can be used in your home.

HEAT the HOME COUNTIES has limited grants towards the cost of Solar PV, the amount of grant depends on the size and construction your property.

All grants available through HEAT the HOME COUNTIES are subject to householder and property eligibility criteria and a technical survey of the property. Grants are limited.
